Ears To You is an independent, mobile audiology service dedicated to the aged care community. All services are delivered onsite in residential aged care, retirement villages, and home. We provide hearing assessments, care plans, wax removal, hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and ongoing support. We also provide training and education to nursing teams. A core principle of our care is reducing the risk of dementia linked to untreated hearing loss. With competitive pricing on new devices and no ties to any brand, we offer holistic, personalised care that improves connection, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Steven Reinhardt
Director and Principal Clinician
Steven Reinhardt is a healthcare director, founder, and advocate for patient-centred hearing rehabilitation. With nearly two decades in the hearing health sector, he has built his career on advancing a medical model of diagnostic audiology — one that recognises hearing loss as a significant health condition requiring early identification, clinical precision, and long-term management.
As Founder of Ears To You Pty Ltd, Steven established a modern hearing practice grounded in comprehensive diagnostic assessment, evidence-based rehabilitation, and measurable patient outcomes. His approach integrates detailed audiometric evaluation, technology optimisation, counselling, and structured follow-up — positioning hearing care as preventative healthcare that supports cognitive resilience and reduces the risk factors associated with dementia and social isolation.
In 2022, he founded Helping Ears Ltd, an ACNC-registered charity created to expand access to diagnostic hearing services and rehabilitation for underserved communities. Under his leadership, Helping Ears has secured international sponsorship support from Fiji Airways, Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort, and BioRevive — demonstrating a sustainable model that combines clinical integrity with meaningful social impact.
Steven also serves as Co-Director of Northside Audiology, contributing to clinical governance, operational strategy, and the ongoing development of high-standard diagnostic and rehabilitative services. Across all roles, he remains actively patient-facing, ensuring that strategic leadership remains firmly connected to clinical excellence.
His leadership ethos centres on early intervention, brain health preservation, and personalised care pathways. Steven’s work is driven by a clear belief: properly diagnosing and treating hearing loss is not optional — it is fundamental to protecting cognitive health, independence, and long-term wellbeing.
Robyn Reinhardt
Co-Founder and Practice Manager
Robyn is Co-Founder and Practice Manager of Ears To You, bringing a unique blend of legal expertise, clinical training, and patient-centred leadership to the organisation.
With a background as a Migration Lawyer and a Bachelor of Linguistics, Robyn has always been deeply interested in communication, advocacy, and allied health. Shortly after returning from maternity leave, she joined the Ears To You team and quickly became instrumental in shaping the operational and patient experience framework of the practice. Her passion for hearing healthcare led her to complete her Diploma in Audiometry, further strengthening her clinical insight and understanding of diagnostic hearing care.
As Practice Manager, Robyn oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring systems, compliance, and patient pathways reflect the high standards of the Ears To You medical model. She is deeply committed to patient-centred outcomes and takes immense pride in helping individuals achieve life-changing hearing improvements. Her attention to detail, empathy, and advocacy ensure every patient feels supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.
In 2022, Robyn and Steven jointly established Helping Ears, an ACNC-registered charity dedicated to expanding access to hearing healthcare for underserved communities. Her leadership within the foundation reflects her longstanding commitment to service, equity, and meaningful health outcomes.

Mihali
Senior Audiologist
Mihali is a qualified clinical audiologist with a Master’s degree in Audiology from Macquarie University and practices as an independent diagnostic audiologist within the Ears To You model of care.
She specialises in comprehensive adult hearing assessment, with particular expertise in complex and medically oriented audiology. Mihali has experience managing asymmetric hearing loss, sudden hearing changes, tinnitus, communication difficulties, and cases requiring detailed diagnostic evaluation and referral collaboration. Her approach reflects Ears To You’s commitment to a medical model of diagnostic audiology — where accurate assessment, clinical precision, and long-term care planning form the foundation of treatment.
Working across both clinic and mobile settings, Mihali delivers personalised, in-depth assessments and carefully structured rehabilitation plans tailored to each client’s lifestyle and communication needs. She believes that hearing care should go beyond device fitting and instead focus on measurable outcomes, cognitive wellbeing, and sustained improvement in quality of life.
