A comprehensive 90-minute appointment for new clients or clients seeking a full review of their hearing.

This appointment includes a full diagnostic hearing assessment, wax removal if required, and a hearing device assessment to discuss suitable options.

Payment is made at the time of booking, with wax removal included if required.

The initial assessment fee will be credited toward the cost of any new hearing aids purchased.

Annual Hearing Check with Steve

A 45-minute appointment to re-evaluate and monitor your hearing using diagnostic testing.

This appointment includes hearing threshold testing, review of any changes, and wax removal if required.

The appointment fee will be credited toward the cost of any new hearing aids purchased.

Service Plan Appointments with Steve

Clients on a service plan can book ongoing care appointments with Steve at no additional appointment cost.

Service plan appointments include:

  For troubleshooting, adjustments, or concerns with your hearing aids.
