Monitor your hearing with a comprehensive annual assessment. Includes diagnostic hearing testing, a review of any changes, and wax removal if required. The appointment fee is credited towards new hearing aids if purchased.
Service Plan Appointments with Steve
If you’re on a Service Plan, you can book ongoing appointments with Steve at no additional cost.
Available appointments include:
- Hearing Aid Issue – Troubleshooting, adjustments, or repairs.
- Annual Diagnostic Assessment & Hearing Aid Service – A full hearing assessment with a complete hearing aid service.
- Annual Hearing Aid Check & Service – Cleaning, servicing, adjustments, and optimisation.
- Telehealth Session – Remote support, follow-up care, or advice.
